We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.


Duties:


  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services
  • Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Requirements:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries and orders efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
From £23,855.00 per hour
