Prospectus are proud to be partnering with Citizens Advice to recruit their new Team Leader for their Witness Service currently being in 2 courts in Cambridge, providing tailored support to a variety of witnesses.

As Team Leader you will oversee the delivery of the Witness Service across Cambridge Magistrates and Crown Court, overseeing and supporting a team of volunteers, providing support to witnesses inside the courts.

You will have responsibility for the deliveryof the service across the two courts, ensuring that all witnesses receive a high quality, tailored support service You will develop and maintain key local stakeholder relationships with a view to enhancing partnership working, service delivery standards andeffectiveness.

Please note this is a part-time position (29 hours), working across Monday-Friday, and will be based across Cambridge Magistrates and Crown Court.
