Performance Marketing Manager - Subscriptions Platform - London - Hybrid
£60,000 - £70,000
I am working with one of the most innovative subscription services which have grown exponentially since they launched in 2019.
They are recognised by some of the biggest Fashion & Beauty powerhouses and in such a short space of time have really made theirimpact and now they are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help push acquisition across all Paid Media.
As a Performance Marketing Manager working at this vibrant subscriptions platform you will:
- Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting as well as best possible spend optimisation
- Reconcile company's attribution model with platform specific data to hit company targets
- Running incrementality tests to understand impact of certain types of campaigns, spend, channels etc.
- Designing, managing, and executing the user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Facebook, Google, Paid Social, Search, Display, Ad Networks)
- Monitoring the performance and continuously optimising the campaigns based on datadriven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests (bid strategies, account structure, campaigns)
- Managing performance and postcampaign analysis reporting
- Participating in fullcycle creative production and providing datadriven decisions about further creative development
- Working with the Ecom and Creative teams to ensure consistent customer journey from discovery to session to conversion
- Allocate proper spending across all performance channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI
- Developing ads with clear USPs (able to draft copy and write clear briefs) with keen attention to detail, taking on an iterative approach together with Creative team
- Analysis and documentation of top performing copy on Google, Meta, and other performance channels
The ideal Performance Marketing Manager will need:
- At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing focusing on Paid social and PPC.
- Knowledge and understanding of SQL (Advantageous)
- Experience in running paid social and paid search ads
- Proven experience in CPA, CPI and CPC
- Very hands on across strategy, implementation, and optimization
- Good knowledge of all networks and platforms with a track record of running successful campaigns
- Good understanding of data analytics.
