Plus One Recruitment is an independent Recruitment Consultancy based in Banbury.

We work with employers and jobseekers across the Oxfordshire and Warwickshire region, and have been bringing people and jobs together since 2005.

If you are working in a customer-facing role where you are providing a high standard of service, and you are interested in working in recruitment, then we would love to hear from you


Full training is provided, and on your journey to becoming a qualified Recruiter, you will be ably supported by our experienced Recruiters as you become more confident and proficient in your role.

You will also be encouraged to develop professionally through studying for industry qualifications.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring that our clients receive an excellent recruitment service, by filling permanent and temporary job vacancies to their requirements.
  • Screening and interviewing jobseekers by way of interview, either face to face, video or telephone.
  • Working to agreed revenue and activity objectives.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure a regular pipeline of job opportunities and client satisfaction.
  • Posting vacancy adverts on online job platforms and social media channels, creating engaging text and video content.
  • Ensuring that our database (CRM) is kept updated and that any legal documents are collected and stored as required.
  • Building awareness & working knowledge of general recruitment legislation and any changes that will affect the company/industry
  • Full Training and gateway to professional qualifications will be provided.

Skills/Experience Required:


  • Previous experience working in a customerfacing role, able to work to a high pace when required, and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build professional working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Very good overall administrative and organisational skills.
  • Good allround IT skills on Windows, web browsers & PC software.
  • UK driving license.

Additional Information:


  • This is a fulltime, permanent role, Monday to Friday 9 am 5 pm (37.5hrs).
  • Highly competitive basic salary + regular bonus.
