    Description
    This is an exciting Head of Treasury position working for a private equity backed corporate. This role offers hybrid working with 2 days in London and 3 working from home.
    Key Responsibilities Own and operate the Group's rolling cash flow forecastMonitor daily and medium-term liquidity positions across the Group.

    Key participant in projects to improve working capital across the businessSupport optimisation of cash pooling and intercompany funding structures in line with approved policiesExecute and monitor FX cash flow and interest rate hedging activitiesManage hedge documentation, IFRS 9 effectiveness monitoring and reporting.

    Manage day-to-day relationships with the Group's core banking partners.
    Maintain and embed the Group Treasury Policy, ensuring ongoing compliance with internal controls, and governance expectations.

    Management of all Treasury related risks and reportingProduce monthly treasury reporting for wider finance leadershipMaintain the Treasury Dashboard covering liquidity, debt, FX exposure, and counterparty risk.

    Act as the primary treasury point of contact for finance teams across the GroupEnhance a proactive treasury strategy across the GroupBuild, develop and lead a diverse, multi-locational and high performing team, adopting continual improvement and proactive people development strategies.

    Support capability development, workload prioritisation, and operational resilience within the treasury team.
    Ideal Candidate University degree in a relevant subject (Economics, Mathematics, Finance)Accountancy qualification, ideally ACAExperience working in a fast-paced, large corporate environmentStrong track record leading Treasury functions
