We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee where you will rotate through various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service, to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Participate in comprehensive training sessions to develop knowledge and skills in sales techniques, customer service, product knowledge, and management principles
  • Shadow experienced professionals to learn about different aspects of the business and gain practical experience
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Salary:
From £25,618.18 per year
