Description
Work Wales are currently working with an organisation providing homelessness support to services users throughout the Swansea. We are currently looking to recruit a part-time cleaner/caretaker on a temporary basis.


The role:

  • Provide cleaning services to properties between tenancies
  • Carry out minor repairs as necessary
  • Undertake painting/decorating as required and agreed supervisor
  • Identifying and reporting any larger repairs/maintenance requirements
  • Complete any necessary documentation associated with the role

Requirements:


  • Understanding of all relevant Health & Safety requirements, including COSHH and manual handling
  • Competent IT level to complete associated admin
  • A driver with access to own vehicle with business insurance
  • A basic DBS certificate
This position is for a 4 week period initially, with a possible extension.

Job Types:

Contract length: 4 weeks


Salary:
£10.90 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence with business insurance (required)
- basic DBS certificate (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Swansea
