Allstaff Office Services division have partnered with our cleaning product supplier client based in Glasgow, who are looking for a temporary E-commerce Assistant on a part-time basis.


The duties of this role include:

  • Reviewing the company website and Amazon account with correct products and ensuring they are up to date.
  • Monitoring E-Commerce websites to ensure proper functionality of links/pages.
  • Executing and managing all steps of the purchase order process.
  • Work with the Ecommerce team to ensure all pricing and rebate support is loaded correctly.
  • Manage Amazonrelated enquiries and buyer messaging.
  • Support with customer service enquiries and sales ordering as when is required.
This role will be on a part-time basis, 10 hours per week (Flexible). Our client is flexible on days and hours of work. This role has a pay rate between £ £12.82 per hour dependent on experience.
