We have a fantastic opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our growing business and work within the Operations team.
The tasks of the Admin Assistant will include but are not limited to:Responsibilities
- Processing invoices for completed orders via online portals and manual invoicing spreadsheets.
- Tracking and follow up on orders processed and despatched.
- Create and update databases with customer details.
- Track and update any changes to customers product references and costings.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence where required
- Dealing with any queries in the order inbox
- Keeping consumable portals up to date
- Assist the Logistics Supervisor with any additional ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administration assistant, office assistant or relevant role (2 years minimum)
- Great communicator and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

You will report to the Operations Supervisor who will liaise with other departments for any additional tasks that you may be able to assist them with.

£23,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
