An esteemed regional legal firm, celebrated for its distinction in the Legal 500, is currently seeking an adept Court of Protection Partner to join their esteemed team in Southampton.

Responsibilities & Duties
-
Court of Protection:_

Applications to the Court of Protection, including:

Deputyship for Property & Financial Affairs
Statutory Wills
Trustee appointment and/or removal
Lifetime Gifting
Administration of financial affairs on behalf of Attorneys or Deputies

Powers of Attorney:_

Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
Advising Attorneys and Deputies on their role and responsibilities when acting on behalf of a vulnerable person
