Waiting staff are the stars at Sally Lunn's - Bath's most famous eating house.

We are an independent family business popular open day and evening all year round for the legendary Sally Lunn Bath Bunn - the city's world famous delicacy.

The secret to our success is the welcome and hospitality we offer.

A PEOPLE PERSON
Who will enjoy delighting our guests and colleagues
Fit, mentally agile, calm & kind under pressure.
Be looking for a long term role with a kind business that doesn't expect too much
Experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant will be useful but we will train those with less experience.

The role & pay:

We have experienced waiters at Sally Lunn's who consistently make £15.50+ per hour
Starting hourly rate is age appropriate minimum wage PLUS tips / tronc [Our Tronc is an established ability related system starting share per hour adds average £2.75ph rising to £5.50ph once trained].
Staff food, 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata).
We are open daytimes, evenings and weekends
Rotas are done on a considerate basis that genuinely seeks to offer work life balance and consistent days off. We spend a lot of time and resource on recruitment to ensure a minimum of disruption to agreed shift patterns.
Full time, part time and flexible roles available.
We genuinely do have a great team led by a GM who started with us a waitress. We have a great product, a successful and long established business that offers job security and really values its people.
