The team


Our Outsourcing department is rapidly evolving and has quadrupled in size over the past two years to meet the needs of its ever growing portfolio of clients.

They typically work with moderately sized firms from a plethora of sectors that require our external expertise to do their bookkeeping and VAT returns, through to providing them with insightful management accounts.


The team are looking for an enthusiastic people person who can support with proposal documents and presentations to prospective clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing and innovative firm of chartered accountants, in a role that offers great exposure to owner managers and FDs of high growth innovative businesses, enabling the development of a very unique and sought after skill set.


The role
As an
Outsourcing BD Executive you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Organising and administering prospective client meetings.
  • Supporting the senior team with pitches, taking notes and making sure the correct information is captured to supply the prospective client with an accurate proposal.
  • Maintaining contact with the client throughout the introductory process, making sure the process is professional and efficient.
  • Collaborating with other departments and facilitate the build of multidepartment tenders.
  • Creating engaging and accurate proposal documents that align with the prospective clients requirements.

The person
You might not have all of the experience below, but if you meet the minimum criteria and are passionate about developing yourself, we'd love to hear from you:

  • Confident, articulate and an effective communicator at all levels (minimum criteria).
  • Wellpresented and professional (minimum criteria).
  • Communicator: knowledgeable and assertive communicator commanding clients' and colleagues' respect.
  • Organiser: think ahead, effective planner and ensuring multiple deadlines are met.
  • Experience in business development, preferably in the financial services sector, with experience of pitching and going above and beyond for clients.
  • Have the ability to discuss basic levels of finance, enough to understand a client's requirements, and align that to our service offering.
