Description
Billericay based construction company seeking competent administrator to run head office & support London based construction projects, the position is full time Monday - Friday 9.00 am -5.
30 pmJob description (but not limited to)
- Diary management including booking meetings, training
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Data entry
- General administration duties
- Updating and keeping training records including booking training courses
- Filing and scanning
- Managing company vehicles including servicing, taxing
- Helping ensure compliance documentation is up to date
Skills
- Confident, professional telephone manner & exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proactive and hard working attitude
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and employees of all levels
- Good IT Skills and a good understanding of MS Office
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills and ability to prioritise work and multitask
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
