Description

Billericay based construction company seeking competent administrator to run head office & support London based construction projects, the position is full time Monday - Friday 9.00 am -5.

30 pm


Job description (but not limited to)

  • Diary management including booking meetings, training
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Data entry
  • General administration duties
  • Updating and keeping training records including booking training courses
  • Filing and scanning
  • Managing company vehicles including servicing, taxing
  • Helping ensure compliance documentation is up to date

Skills

  • Confident, professional telephone manner & exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proactive and hard working attitude
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and employees of all levels
  • Good IT Skills and a good understanding of MS Office
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills and ability to prioritise work and multitask
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
