Do you want to play a key role in helping to create families for people otherwise unable to do so?

In this role you'll lead the local Bath Donation Team and ensure the delivery of an excellent service to those needing specialist support with aspects of donation.

This means coordinating the day-to-day activities of the donation programme, allocating workloads and responsibilities. You will support the group donation lead in driving the donation business and ensuring the best patient experience. You'll also monitor performance and report back on activities to senior management.

You will co-ordinate the donation pathways for those requiring treatment with; donated eggs, sperm or embryos, sharing parenthood/motherhood, known donors and embryo donors.

You will be a link person to the central surrogacy team ensuring a smooth pathway for those proceeding with surrogacy.

There are many development opportunities in this role for you, they all depend upon what you want to do and where you want your career to go.

About you:

If you've worked in an administration role within a healthcare setting then that would be ideal; because then you'll really understand this role.

If you've managed people before then that would be ideal, as leaderships skills are a real strength to this role.

You're flexible, eager to learn, are able to work alone and have great attention to detail. You have a strong understanding of delivering excellence for people. You have great time management skills
You're a team player with a desire for continuous personal and professional development.

Location/Benefits:

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working full-time role working Mon-Fri from 9-5, in our clinic at our Bath Clinic in Peasedown St John, Bath BA2 8SG.

Once fully trained there is a potential for this role to be Hybrid.
