We are looking for strong and enthusiastic individual's to join our team of Cover Supervisors for current placements in our client school in Holmes Chapel - full training provided.

Inspire LP partner with schools across the northwest on an exclusive basis to deliver their supply cover needs. These may include any vacancies from short term sickness to long term cover and at times permanent roles.


Role:
The main requirement of this role is to cover lessons for teaching staff when they are absent.

• Supervising work that has been set by the teaching staff
• Communicating with teaching staff about the set work
• Building relationships with students, ensuring effective learning takes place
• Responding to students' questions about set work
• Collecting completed work, and any resources used during the lesson time
• Dealing with any emergencies or immediate problems that may arise in accordance with the school's protocol
• Reporting back on any behaviour issues that may arise during the lesson
