About us

We are currently looking for a dedicated, flexible and reliable Care Home trainer to cover our Care Homes in the North East and Scotland.

We are an established provider of care services, and a highly professional organisation whose ethos revolves around quality, as well as having the wellbeing and care of residents as our highest priority.

All our homes are currently rated 'Good'.


About the role

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Home Managers, our Operations Management team to ensure we identify training needs, delivering accordingly to ensure we provide the very best person centred care to our residents.

This is a full-time position working between 9 Care homes, 7 in the North East and 2 in Scotland.


About you

You must also hold (or prepared to work towards immediately) an accredited Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) as a minimum and have a thorough understanding of governance systems and medical protocols in a care setting.

As this role is regional you must also have the flexibility to travel with overnight stays.
