Administrator (hybrid role)

Salary:
£22, ,000 (depending on experience) + Excellent benefits

Hours: 8:30 - 5:00 PM

Location:
Rainham, Essex (ideally you would need to commute by car)

Administrator to join the ambitious team of a company that helps businesses reduce the potential risks they pose to the environment. Their clients include multinational blue-chip organisations across a wide range of sectors both private and public.

As an

Administrator you will be a key contributor to the planning team working together to plan and deliver planned preventative maintenance primarily for environmental equipment. Duties of the role:


  • Work with planning team to provide weekly reports for the services falling due
  • Work with UK Depot network to ensure works are booked for delivery
  • Provide commercial support where planning is relevant to a proposal
  • Provide copies of reports for completed works to customers
  • Provide invoicing assistance when needed
  • Create bookings
  • Optimise planning and scheduling
  • Updating group CRM database with relevant information to facilitate accurate monthly reporting
