PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY - CONSTRUCTION

Specialist insurance solicitor is required by this international law firm to join its London office dealing with professional indemnity claims related to the construction sector.

Role Overview

You will join a department that deals with a wide variety of work for contractors, engineers, architects and insurers on claims and risk management.

Work undertaken involves resolving construction disputes, errors and omissions, defects claims and financialdisputes as well as all aspects of construction insurance work.

The firm is seeking someone with the following:

Prior experienced gained at a recognised firm dealing with construction claims work. As a guide you would be expected to have 3 years post qualification experience in professional indemnity construction work.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior associates would be an advantage.
Someone keen on building business relationships and contributing to growth of the department.
