Description
We are looking to recruit a Divisional Governance Lead, to the Clinical Delivery Division.

Primarily this role will work with the two Care Group Teams; Critical Care, HSDU, Anaesthetics and Theatres (CCHAT) and Clinical Support Services, to ensure robust governance structures are in place to enable the clinical teams to deliver safe and effective patient care.

However, it will also incorporate the coordination of robust quality and governance frameworks across the division.

The post holder will provide assurance and support the divisional team in the delivery of high quality and safe services that meet regulatory compliance.

The successful post holder will be proactive and organised in their approach.

They will be a confident credible leader and have excellent communication skills as they will work with a diverse range of professionals and build good working relationships with a number of stakeholders.

In addition to this exceptional customer service skills will be vital as they will also have regular interaction with patients and relatives.
