Private Client - Associate - Liverpool - Up to £80,000 - REF 534298DE

The Role


This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a leading, Legal 500 firm who have offices throughout the North-West.


The multi-service practice already has a fantastic reputation and consistently promotes the existing Private Client department through social media, print and networking events.


The Department offers specialist legal advice to a range of clients on matters such as Wills, Trusts and tax (medium to ultra-high value), IHT and CGT planning, Business succession planning, Foreign property and investments, POA and COP as well as Probate and estate administration.


Within this position you will be managing your own caseload, advising and assisting clients, handling matters from initial instructions through to completion.

You will also be required to undertake business development duties and support the more junior solicitors.

  • Private Client Associate Solicitor with at least 3 + years PQE
  • STEP membership would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Following of clients and contacts would be advantageous
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • High level of client contact and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of business development
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well with Partners and adapt to work on a variety of projects
