    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their laboratories run smoothly and efficiently.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer needs by delivering prompt repair, installation, upgrade, and preventive maintenance activities.
    • Contact customers in a timely manner and schedule service efficiently.
    • Collaborate with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations.
    • Maintain Agilent's customer service reputation by adhering to all corporate policies and procedures.
    • Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports accurately and promptly.
    • Provide feedback to Product Specialists, manufacturing, or OEM vendors concerning performance anomalies encountered.
    • Communicate proactively with customers before, during, and after service.

    This role requires remote work combined with travel to customer sites in the South-East/East of England, particularly the London-Cambridge-Oxford triangle. A company car will be available for your use.

    Requirements

    • A recent university degree in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc).
    • At least one year of hands-on experience with chromatography solutions (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, HPLC).
    • Full proficiency in English.
    • A valid driving license.

    The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
