Software Engineer

Dunfermline, Fife

Hybrid working
Change Digital are partnering with a leading manufacturer in the medical device industry that produce diagnostic equipment.

They are currently recruiting for a Software Engineer who will play a key role in helping convert metadata to current healthcare standards.


Key Role Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers when code level investigations are required.
  • Perform analysis of defects to identify and deliver improvements to software products, processes, and practices.
  • Participate in technical requirements capture and creates technical requirements specifications.
  • Design new software features and updates existing features.
  • Collaborate with members of development teams and offering valuable insights.

Experience

Preferred:

  • Degree in a software engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Python, C++, Linux

Desirable:

  • Docker, Jenkins, Jira, C#, ASP.NET, WebApi,
  • HTTP, REST API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
