Description
CCR is a well-established Home to School Transport Provider operating a large workforce across Surrey.

CCR is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Operations team.

It is an exciting role offering exposure in a variety of areas within the business, but primarily to give direct support and deputise for the current Operations Manager when required.


Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our in-house records and transport system.

Taking calls from Drivers/Passenger Assistants/Schools and managing the queries and requests. Ensuring all queries are followed through and answered. Managing staff invoices and assisting with payroll duties.

Experience of working within logistics/transport/taxi industry is mandatory. Full training will be provided.


Location:
RH1, Redhill

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Competency with MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail is of utmost importance.
  • Eager and willing to learn and do more.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize the day well.
  • Be proactive and use own initiative when required.
  • Diligent and thorough.
  • Be able to demonstrate use of bespoke systems
  • Be able to communicate effectively with large groups of staff from different backgrounds

  • Salary: £22K to £32K per annum (DOE)
