Sub Agent
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sub Agent to join a well known Tier 1 contractor working on a large water infrastructure programme across the whole of Scotland.
The company is a well know Tier 1 contractor who operate nationwide throughout the UK and have a number of Regional offices.
Your role as Sub Agent you will joining an award winning business who will be part of the Projects Team who are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of clean water projects.

My client is looking for individuals to join the company who would be looking to develop their career and grow within the company as it expands.
Key responsibilities for this Sub Agent role:
- Proactive member of the site team on a large value or portfolio of projects
- Lead and manage the site engineering team
- Ensure all sites are compliant with company SHEQ policy and procedure and drive a strong Health & Safety and quality focus culture
- Ensure SHEQ documentation is produced timeously, maintained, and briefed to the workforce
- Complete Site Inductions
- Weekly SHEQ and Temporary Works inspections
- Input to short term programmes
- Coordination of procurement with supply chain
- ECI works including site visits, surveys, and buildability input
- Manage work fronts in local communities and ensure a positive approach to dealing with members of the public
Experience required for this Sub Agent role:
- HND/Degree in Civil Engineering
- Civil engineering experience including pipelaying, deep excavation, temporary works & streetworks
- Knowledge of relevant H&S Legislation
- Knowledge of construction standards and specifications
- CSCS Supervisory Card
- SMSTS & NRSWA Supervisor
- EUSR Water Hygiene & SW DOMS
- First Aid at Work
Package offered for this Sub Agent role:
- Basic Salary up to £44,500 depending on experience
