AEX Recruitment are looking for a well organised and self-motivated individual to join our cleints team in Hemel Hempstead. A leading company in facilities management, maintenance and building solutions.

Main duties and keys skills required are as follows:

  • Assist as part of our contract team in data entry on client system
  • Scheduling Engineers
  • Contacting client sites to discuss jobs and arrange visits
  • Raising Reactive Jobs on our facilities management system
  • Assisting facilities managment team with general admin duties
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • An ability to prioritise your work accordingly
  • Friendly nature and willing to learn new skills
Own transport required due to remote office location
