AEX Recruitment are looking for a well organised and self-motivated individual to join our cleints team in Hemel Hempstead. A leading company in facilities management, maintenance and building solutions.Main duties and keys skills required are as follows:
- Assist as part of our contract team in data entry on client system
- Scheduling Engineers
- Contacting client sites to discuss jobs and arrange visits
- Raising Reactive Jobs on our facilities management system
- Assisting facilities managment team with general admin duties
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- An excellent telephone manner
- An ability to prioritise your work accordingly
- Friendly nature and willing to learn new skills
