Description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage order receipts & prioritise work to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate processing of orders in our SAP system.
  • Managing invoicing & credit control procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to handle & resolve customer complaints.
  • Transfer orders through to thirdparty warehouse/logistics distribution teams.
  • Nurture customer relationships & build an understanding of their needs to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide insight & identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Coordinate customer reporting & provide administrative support

Experience:


  • Experience in a customerfacing role.
  • Native or fluent German & good level of English (verbal/written)
  • Experience in an export business.
  • Good at building relationships & committed to providing excellent client service.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
