Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage order receipts & prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate processing of orders in our SAP system.
- Managing invoicing & credit control procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to handle & resolve customer complaints.
- Transfer orders through to thirdparty warehouse/logistics distribution teams.
- Nurture customer relationships & build an understanding of their needs to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide insight & identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Coordinate customer reporting & provide administrative support
Experience:
- Experience in a customerfacing role.
- Native or fluent German & good level of English (verbal/written)
- Experience in an export business.
- Good at building relationships & committed to providing excellent client service.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£26,000.00 per year
