My client is a leading, multi award winning, digital banking organisation with a growing presence and reputation in the UK.

Due to continued growth the are currently looking for an experienced Customer Due Diligence Manager to join their friendly, growingteam.


Duties will include:

  • Lead the Customer Due Diligence activities to ensure the bank operate appropriately under industry regulations
  • Leading several teams responsible for the banks end to end CDD processes that enable identification, management and reporting of KYC (Know Your Customers)
  • Ensuring teams are appropriately equipped to identify and investigate cases fully and effectively
  • Identification of policy breaches and failures and implementation of controls to mitigate future risk
  • Provide guidance to all business lines regarding improvement of controls (savings, lending, mortgages etc)
  • Lead projects and change initiatives the require insight re AML and CDD controls and regs
  • Represent the bank at industry forums and adopt best practice through the sharing of information


Applicants must prior AML / Financial Risk / CDD experience from a banking, asset finance or mortgage environment (ideally multi-product).

Working knowledge of ABC and Market Abuse risks and controls in order to mitigate risks along with outstanding communicationskills and prior team leading / people management experience.
