Working hours: 35 hours per week


Salary details:
Main Band £31,145 or London Band £34,882 per annum (depending on location)

(_Eligibility for the London Pay Band will be dependent on working a minimum of 40% per month within our London Headquarters)_

Then join The Salvation Army as a Major Donor Fundraiser and you could soon be playing a vital role at the heart of our passionate and ambitious Philanthropy team.


This crucial role will work with our supporters and prospects - to give them the best experience possible with the Salvation Army.

Working with a pipeline of 200+ supporters, you will be responsible for developing, and implementing, a Mid-Value (

As part of an innovative, collaborative team you will help us take our philanthropy fundraising to new heights - building on our key thematic focus areas of Homelessness, Debt Advice, Employability, Modern Slavery and Anti-Human Trafficking, and supporting Communities across the whole of the UK.


Together we can go further in offering practical help for people without discrimination, standing up for those who are vulnerable, and fighting against injustice.
