Through this role, you will have exposure to all aspects of the impact venture capital investing ecosystem.
Purpose and Scope of the role
The Partnerships & Events Lead will be responsible for managing all aspects of the event and partnership efforts at the Conduit Connect.
This will include the organisation of our pitch showcases, thought leadership dinners; management of sponsors and strategic partners and management of our Generation impact investing course.
You will use the events strategy to increase membership and community engagement.Part of the role will also involve building and managing our events strategy in Oslo where The Conduit have recently opened a new members club.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Outreach, onboarding, and relationship management of existing and new, mission aligned partners for Conduit Connect
- Creation and delivery of an events strategy to increase and maintain membership and build sense of community between our members including those in Oslo.
- Coordinate all aspects of Conduit Connect events whether inperson or online or hybrid including speakers and logistics.
- Lead our signature biyearly Generation Impact Academy course, a market leading impact investing course.
- Design and distribution of sponsor and partnership materials.
- Upload and maintain accurate data to our CRM including event attendance and investor opportunities.
- Promoting Conduit Connect events and collaboration with the Conduit Club membership and programming team.
- Securing external speaking opportunities and award nominations for the Conduit Connect, including press opportunities.
Skills and experience required
- Experience in a similar field including Partnerships and events
- Experience with leading management tools and/or CRM e.g. hubspot
- High attention to detail
- Has alignment with our vision, ethos and values

Nice to Have
- Prior work experience at an Impact Fund and/or at an Impact Investment Platform and/or an incubator or accelerator
