Your role as a New Store Opening Support at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen will be crucial in helping the business launch and establish itself in the UK.

We are looking for passionate individuals who live and breathe hospitality, who want to be part of creating joy for our consumers, you will be working in the training function supporting the training managers to deliver training to our new joy creators and support to our stores throughout the opening period.


A flexible approach will be required to take on tasks according to the needs of the department and business plans.


This is a field based role and will require frequent/ weekly travel across the UK

  • Understands that operations is the heart of the business, and works in conjunction with the ops team to deliver new store training programs on time
  • Always leads by example, does not cut corners or make compromises. Lives and breathes customer experience and KPI's
    (Think and act like an owner)

What we're looking for:


  • Previous experience or willingness to become a part of a central support role within a Hospitality business, within the training / learning & development function
  • A high level of passion for the Hospitality industry with a keen interest in training as a career path
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great at building relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast
- paced environment & meet deadlines

  • Cando attitude and the ability to problem solve
  • Willingness to travel across the UK for our restaurant openings and to meet with suppliers
