Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Assist the Operations Administration Teams.
  • Support the Accounts Payable and Central Timesheet Teams.
  • Run operational monthly reports e.g. WIP.
  • Assist with the daily cash allocation to customer accounts and the production of daily cash collection reports for Group.
  • Assist with the collation of the audit testing documentation requested by the auditors.
  • Provide support to the finance team at month end e.g. processing journals, chasing outstanding WIP invoices, reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
  • Prepare month end reconciliations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Tenacity.
  • Ability of prioritising workload.
  • Experience of CAFM / ERP system / Microsoft Office.
