Job Title:
Administrator - Technical Services

Salary:

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday hours per week

Location:
Edinburgh

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assist the Operations Administration Teams.
Support the Accounts Payable and Central Timesheet Teams.
Run operational monthly reports e.g. WIP.
Assist with the daily cash allocation to customer accounts and the production of daily cash collection reports for Group.
Assist with the collation of the audit testing documentation requested by the auditors.
Provide support to the finance team at month end e.g. processing journals, chasing outstanding WIP invoices, reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
Prepare month end reconciliations.

Key skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Tenacity.
Ability of prioritising workload.
Experience of CAFM / ERP system / Microsoft Office.
