Sunday to Thursday 3pm-12am

  • Daily receipt, collation and scanning of all customer POD's
  • Storage and filing of POD's in line with established company processes
  • Dealing with and resolving customer delivery and POD queries in a confident and timely manner
  • Responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of customer PO numbers
  • Provide assistance in clearing all unbilled reports in line with company policy
  • Assist the Credit Controller with issuing of customer statements and resolution of queries, credit insurance control checks and customer set up
  • Provide assistance and back up in running daily/weekly sales across the companies
  • Ensure all customer forms are completed in line with internal company policies and external compliance guidelines
  • Any other adhoc duties as required by Management Accountant or Financial Controller.

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of 3 A-Levels (or equivalent)
  • Proven ICT skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly excel
  • Previous experience in scanning, and working with POD's
  • A clear advantage will be given to those with previous experience of Mandata and a background in the transport industry
  • Clear and demonstrable experience of working in a high volume, transactional team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
