Together for Mental Wellbeing is a national charity working alongside people with mental health issues on their journey towards independent and fulfilling lives.

The people who use our services are at the heart of everything that we do.

They influence and shape the support they receive from us, and the way our services are run, with support tailored and developed with the individual based on the unique needs.

We are looking for a motivated individual to work alongside our service users, as a support worker in our team you will be responsible for supporting service users to achieve their goals and aspirations, develop skills and increase independence within 6 months of support.
