Accounts Payable duties:
- Check, code and process supplier invoices
- Deal with petty cash
- Check/record photocopier/printer logs
- Deal with supplier payments
- Raise intercompany invoices
Accounts Receivable duties:
- Book cash off from bank statements and cheques
- Write up cash books
- Deal with credit card payments
- Produce copy invoices/statements for customers
- Credit control calls
- Update customer accounts: on hold/released
- Release customer orders
- Set up new customer accounts
- Produce AR reports
- Print and send customer invoices and statements
- Run daily metrics reports
- Produce daily cash report
Job information:
- 37.5 hours per week
- 8:3017:00 each day with 1 hour lunch
