Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the financial services market
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products or services
- Process customer requests, such as account updates, address changes, and account closures
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company databaseDragon 2000 DMS experience preferable
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving abilities to effectively address customer concerns
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of financial services products and industry regulations is a plus
- Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment

£20,150.00-£25,187.00 per year
