Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the financial services market
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products or services
  • Process customer requests, such as account updates, address changes, and account closures
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company databaseDragon 2000 DMS experience preferable
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities to effectively address customer concerns
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of financial services products and industry regulations is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment

£20,150.00-£25,187.00 per year
