Administrative Assistant
Kismet Engineering Ltd is a design and fabrication business which develops bespoke products for a range of customers across the construction industry.
We are looking to recruit an administrative assistant to work alongside the director in a developing multi role, this would suit someone who would like to be part of a fast growing small business, who enjoys a challenge, is organised and is willing to take on various roles.
Duties include:
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Greet visitors and answer questions or provide direction.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist with office cleaning, organization, and maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and shipments from vendors.
- Create and update records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or Manager.
- Procurement.
- Inventory management.
- Recruitment.
- Stock control.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver information in an effective manner with strong listening skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail required for data entry, document scanning, photocopies, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with intermediate proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Good sense of humour.

£11.00 per hour
