Administrative Assistant


Kismet Engineering Ltd is a design and fabrication business which develops bespoke products for a range of customers across the construction industry.


We are looking to recruit an administrative assistant to work alongside the director in a developing multi role, this would suit someone who would like to be part of a fast growing small business, who enjoys a challenge, is organised and is willing to take on various roles.


Duties include:


  • Answer phone calls and take messages
  • Greet visitors and answer questions or provide direction.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist with office cleaning, organization, and maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Process incoming mail, packages, and shipments from vendors.
  • Create and update records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or Manager.
  • Procurement.
  • Inventory management.
  • Recruitment.
  • Stock control.

Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver information in an effective manner with strong listening skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail required for data entry, document scanning, photocopies, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with intermediate proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Good sense of humour.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.00 per hour
