Our client,
Messiah Freight & Distributors UK Ltd, a reputable company in Freight Forwarding and Shipping industry, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the movement of freight, including shipping, receiving, and tracking of goods, to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for freight carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to address any shipment-related issues and resolve them promptly.
Assist with real estate administrative tasks, including lease agreements, property maintenance, and lease renewals.
Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors regarding freight and real estate matters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes in freight and real estate operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the freight and real estate departments.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to freight and real estate activities.
Provide general administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing departmental files.
Managing vendors and contracts associated with real estate operations, including lease agreements, maintenance services, and property insurance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in coordinating freight operations and handling real estate administration is highly desirable.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with freight tracking systems and real estate management software is advantageous.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance requirements in the freight and real estate industries.
Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
