Customer Service Representative (United Kingdom)

The Role:


  • Provide realtime support to a large network of stakeholders and customers.
  • Resolve issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, always.
  • Acknowledge and progress resolution of customer complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements & Skills:


  • 2+ years' experience working in a customer service focused B2B role.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of worldclass customer service.
  • Experience working remotely is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
