Customer Service Representative (United Kingdom)

The Role:

Provide realtime support to a large network of stakeholders and customers.
Resolve issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, always.
Acknowledge and progress resolution of customer complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements & Skills:

2+ years' experience working in a customer service focused B2B role.
Strong understanding of the principles of worldclass customer service.
Experience working remotely is advantageous but not essential.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
