Customer Service Representative (United Kingdom)

The Role:
- Provide realtime support to a large network of stakeholders and customers.
- Resolve issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, always.
- Acknowledge and progress resolution of customer complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Requirements & Skills:
- 2+ years' experience working in a customer service focused B2B role.
- Strong understanding of the principles of worldclass customer service.
- Experience working remotely is advantageous but not essential.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
