Global Accounting Network are partnering with a listed construction business based in West London.

The client is looking for a Finance Transformation lead to oversee the R2R (record to report) & P2P (procure to pay) workstreams as part of a continuous improvementproject within their Shared Service Centre.

As the Finance Transformation lead, this role reports into Head of Shared Service and will support the wider finance transformation team.

Main Responsibilities:

Own the P2P & R2R processes, systems & procedures
Assess the current situation and identify areas for improvement
Create a road map and oversee improvements in processes, systems & procedures
Ensure new processes are fully documents and adopted by the wider finance function
Develop KPI's to measure and improve process performance
Ad hoc transformation & project management tasks
Qualified Accountant
Strong R2R & P2P experience
Previous Shared Service Centre experience
Prior experience delivering change and driving improvements
Ideally previous working experience with oracle Enterprise One
