Description
Are you able to perform a wide range of tasks in order to support investigations, promote change and subsequently improve the care provided to our patients?

If you do, we would like to hear from you - as the Therapies Division, falling under Care Group 4 (CG4) within MSE, are looking for a Quality Governance Facilitator to be a part of and support the Care Group Governance Team and wider Patient Safety Team.

The Care Group Governance Team provides support to investigating officers of investigations, monitors and manages investigations (including incidents and complaint) to achieve the operational delivery of patient safety and risk management.

You will be working alongside clinical staff within Therapies and the wider Governance and Patient Safety Team to maintain the day-to-day management and review of incidents, identification and management of risk and compliance within the Division and Care Group under the Care Group Governance Lead for CG4 and supporting the regulatory compliance agenda.

The role requires expert knowledge in the current incident framework, the principles of risk management and the CQC regulations.

The role covers the Division of Therapies across all MSE sites and you will be primarily based at Broomfield Hospital but expected to travel, where required, across MSE sites.

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is now one of the largest in
the country, with a workforce of approximately 15,000 who serve a
population of 1.2 million people.

We work together, and in conjunction with MSE Health and Care
Partnership, to deliver excellent local and specialist services, to improve
the health and wellbeing of our patients in a compassionate way, and
provide a respectful, but vibrant place for staff to develop, innovate and
build careers.

From facilities through to consultant specialists we want to be the best,
to achieve this we need to recruit not just those who are the finest in
their field but also those who have the potential to be. Yes, experience
is important but so is outlook - if you are dynamic, forward-thinking and
enthusiastic we want you to join us.

We not only offer you a good working environment with flexible working
opportunities, but also the opportunity to develop your career with
access to appropriate training for your job and the support to succeed
and progress.
