An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our housekeeping team.

Moorland Waunarlwydd is a 43 bedded home which provides support and nursing care for adults with Mental Health needs, including dementia, those individuals who have complex behaviours which challenge, have physical health needs and/or have a learning disability.

We aim to provide a service where individuals are supported to achieve their best and feel at home.

The ideal individual will have worked in a similar sector and have a good understanding of regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for cleaning the service to a high standard, including laundering of service user clothes and bedding.

You will be required to obtain an enhanced DBS, the first of which will be paid for by the organisation.

If successful, you will be required to sign up to the DBS update service, the cost of which you will be responsible for.

In return for your efforts, we offer a salary of £11 per hour.

In addition to this you will receive a contribution to your pension and will also receive 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holiday entitlement).
