Purpose of Job:
To promote the company's services in a professional and FCA compliant manner by working in collaboration with Financial Advisers and other colleagues to process new and existing business, while also providing full administrative support in accordance with the internal policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
To support the advisers and promote a good relationship between the adviser and their clients.
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication
- Maintain accurate client records, to include and not limited to, antimoney laundering documentation, all types of communication with clients, internal communications and any documentation received by any method
- Accurately produce client report packs in a timely manner prior to client meetings and present to the adviser in a clear and concise manner as per the firms' policies
- Manage your own work affectively and efficiently, prioritising as required using the inhouse database
- To share responsibility to answer all incoming calls as part of a hunt group and convey messages across the firm as necessary.
- Regularly liaise with product providers and other third parties
- Train colleagues and share knowledge.
- Create procedural documents for the tasks undertaken in the role.
- Cover for absent colleagues
- Carry out reasonable request of tasks required by the Management Team in an efficient and courteous manner
- Report any breaches to the data manager
- Report any complaints to the Compliance Manager
- Comply with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly
- Maintain up to date knowledge of antimoney laundering and compliance procedures
Skills and Experience:
Qualifications:
Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 1 year relevant professional experience in a financial institution, preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a related role using IO will be advantageous
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office

- Understanding of the Financial Planning process and products
