Essential

  • A friendly and sociable personality.
  • Previous involvement in catering or customer service, showcasing exceptional customer care and food safety standards.
  • Responsible and proactive. Ensuring completion of daily tasks such as record-keeping, reporting figures, cleanliness, preparation, and basic administration.
  • Consistently delivering excellent customer service, especially during peak hours.
  • Handling cash discrepancies, with experience in accurate cash management and sales processing.
  • Taking ownership of personal development and learning.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work weekends and public holidays when needed.
  • Collaborating across departments when required, to support the broader Culloden cluster.
  • Upholding property quality standards, including uniform compliance, personal presentation, and hygiene.
  • Ensuring the health and safety of property personnel, volunteers, and visitors by following Trust policies and guidelines, including the Safety Work System.
  • Effective implementation of safe work systems in all activities.
Preferred

  • Recognized First Aid Certification.
  • Familiarity with Barista-style Coffee Machines and basic Coffee knowledge.
  • SCPLH Alcohol Qualification.
  • Understanding of HACCP & COSHH systems.
  • Access to personal transportation.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certification (required if not currently held).
  • Proficiency in EPOS till operations.
  • Strong cash management abilities.

Contract Type:
Fixed-term agreement

Duration: 6 months


Compensation:
£24,960.00 hourly rate
