Trainee Recruitment Consultant

My client is a multi-million turnover business unit with offices in the UK and US and recruiting into the Software Sales/SAAS markets.

They are looking for hungry and ambiotus graduates to join their team

Benefits:

- £25,000 basic salary plus attractive uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £35,000 in the first year

Requirements:

2.1 Degree or above
Over 6 months experience in a sales environment (e.g. Call Centre, Banking, telesales, estate agency, Brokering, mobile phone shops etc.)
Passionate about hitting targets and working in a competitive environment
Excellent communication skills
Determination, drive, ambition, energy and high levels of resilience
