    Safeguarding and Attendance Officer

    Eagles Primary Academy

    Salary: Grade H, Point 15-17, £31,537 – £33,699 FTE (DOE)

    Actual Salary: £13,487 - £14,412 pro rata (DOE)

    Contract: Permanent, 2 ½ days per week (days to be confirmed) 17 ½ hours per week, Term time only, plus 2 weeks (41 Weeks)

    Job Overview

    To lead and manage attendance, safeguarding, and welfare, ensuring robust systems that keep children safe, support families, and ensure full compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and all statutory duties.

    In line with KCSIE 2025 and safer recruitment practices, the school will conduct an online search for all shortlisted candidates.
