EAC Consulting Group are working in partnership with a specialist manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes.

They are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator/Sales Administrator to work alongside their National Salesperson to develop and support theircustomer base.


On Offer for the Sales Administrator

  • Annual Salary £23,000
  • Company bonus of £3,000 dependent on company performance


  • Monday

  • Friday 8.30am 5pm

The Sales Administrator Role

  • As Sales Administrator you will take responsibility for a number of assigned business customers, responding to enquiries, receiving and processing sales orders and providing additional customer service support as required.
  • The Sales Administrator will put their excellent communication and customer service skills to good use, answering incoming calls, processing orders, handling product enquiries, delivery enquiries and any nonconformance issues.
  • As Sales Administrator you will be required to liaise with carriers regarding customer deliveries and also work alongside other internal departments ensuring that the best outcomes are achieved for customers' orders and requests.
  • Other duties for the Sales Administrator will include sending sample requests, product certification and any other ad hoc requests as required.

The ideal Sales Administrator

  • Full training will be provided but experience of SAP is desirable.
  • The ideal Sales Administrator will be a "people person", able to get on well with a wide variety of people and contribute to working as part of a team.
