My client is an established IFA practice looking for a receptionist to work ideally Monday to Wednesday from 9-5:30 (but flexible) and covering the other receptionist when they are on leave.

Main duties

• Answering income phone calls, meet and greet clients, and some office admin duties.
• Ensuring calls are dealt with in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

The are looking for
- strong communication skills and a friendly approach.

• Selfmotivation and able to prioritise.
• Experience of working in a professional setting.
