Are you an experienced Team Manager?
My client is looking for a Team Manager to join their rapidly growing and successful team in Edinburgh.

This is a permanent position which is paying a basic salary of £28k and the opportunity to increase this by £5/6K per annum.

Duties;

  • Managing a team of call handlers
  • Coaching, motivating and developing teams
  • Ensuring team are hitting all KPI's whilst providing a high level of service
  • Deal with any escalations from clients or within the team
  • Share best practice amongst other departments
The person;

  • Experience of managing a customer service team (previous call centre experience will be advantageous)
  • A proven track record achieving company KPIs.
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Be an open, honest, respectful employee who used a range of communication methods and styles to convey information.

This position is office based and the hours are Monday to Friday between 9am-5.30pm.
