Are you an experienced Team Manager?
My client is looking for a Team Manager to join their rapidly growing and successful team in Edinburgh.

This is a permanent position which is paying a basic salary of £28k and the opportunity to increase this by £5/6K per annum.

Duties;

Managing a team of call handlers
Coaching, motivating and developing teams
Ensuring team are hitting all KPI's whilst providing a high level of service
Deal with any escalations from clients or within the team
Share best practice amongst other departments

The person;

Experience of managing a customer service team (previous call centre experience will be advantageous)
A proven track record achieving company KPIs.
Great organisational skills with the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure with strict deadlines.
Be an open, honest, respectful employee who used a range of communication methods and styles to convey information.

This position is office based and the hours are Monday to Friday between 9am-5.30pm.
