Description

Due to continued growth, our accounts department are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger to joint our friendly team at our office in Low Moor, Bradford.

The day tasks would be to take responsibility for the Purchase Ledger which will include but is not limited to:

  • Input Purchase Ledger Invoices
  • Check & Authorise None Purchase Order Invoices
  • Match Purchase Invoices to Purchase Orders
  • Manage any Purchase Ledger Queries
  • Set up new suppliers
  • Raise Weekly and Month payment
  • File all associated paperwork
  • Assist procurement where necessary to obtain POD's and Raise GRN's
  • Order Stationery

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week


Salary:
From £10.42 per hour
