Position:
Engineering Technician.

My client is seeking a Technician to join the growing team who can support assemblies, soldering, testing etc.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Finding faults in at a component level.
  • Testing boards, full systems including environmental testing.
  • Doing technician activities like assembly, rework, system building, modifications etc.
  • Managing the lab, radio and EMC testing.
  • Enhancing design and manufacture and discovering faults if any.

IMP:

Often travel to a nearby manufacturing site as well as to off site testing at various locations around the UK.

Hence, full Driving License and a personal transport is essential for this role.


Requirements:
Good experience as a electronics technician with a background in RF production, Soldering or IPC610 qualified.


Salary and benefits:
£25 k - £30k annually + Bonuses + Allowances for travelling + Pension contributions + holidays.
